Will my hoodie shrink?
We have never experienced a hoodie shrinking in a noticeable way.
When will I get my order?
Our signature hoodies are designed with a relaxed and oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down; for an extra roomy, streetwear-style fit, size up. If you are not wanting a oversized hoodie we recommend looking into our Vintage Snow washed hoodie
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Every order is final once placed, so we recommend checking our sizing chart on each product page before checkout. If you're between sizes, sizing up is generally the better fit for our hoodies.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
While all sales are final, we want you to receive a product you're happy with. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at madenewco25@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
